About Me

My photo
Jean H. Regan
As a mother of 4 and the CEO of a successful business, I understand that women today face many challenges, few greater than BALANCE.

Personal and professional progress requires balance. I hope by sharing my experiences, advice and thoughts, together we can partake in discussions or revelations.

Let's continue to develop as women of great vitality!

I joined TranzAct in 1987, becoming Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer in 1988/89, President in 2005, CEO in 2010, and Chairman of the Board in 2011. I provide strategic direction and executive management, and oversee all activities within the company. She oversees the Information Technology group, and Customer Service and Operational groups, including strategic initiatives, new product development and enhancements. Additionally, I am responsible for total authority of all financial aspects of the corporation, including all corporate banking and investments and Human Resource activities, including corporate structure and employee benefits.
